E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Website Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with all the cloud website hosting plans, will allow you to forward any e-mail address inside the account to a different one with ease. You can do this either throughout the creation of a new mailbox or whenever you want afterwards in case you choose that you require this function. During the process, you will be able to choose if you need a duplicate of the emails to be kept on the server. In this way, you'll have a backup and you'll prevent the probability to lose a message if the forwarding is to an exterior address, that's temporarily unavailable. This feature can be enabled and disabled at any time, and if you use e-mail for important matters, it is advisable to use it, as no data of the e-mails will be kept on the server in case the option is not active. If you determine that you do not need forwarding any longer, it will take only a mouse click to deactivate it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
Forwarding an email address located in our system will be very straightforward if you have a semi-dedicated server package with us and it will not require you more than a couple of clicks to set up. You can do this in the Emails section of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you'll be able to keep an eye on the email addresses which are being forwarded and where your messages will be sent with a glance. The feature can be enabled and disabled for each of the mailboxes in your account. You can also enable or disable a useful feature that we have - a backup of the messages being sent through our servers can stay on the server. This way, you'll always have a backup copy of your incoming emails and you will not have to concern yourself with losing any information. If you have this feature disabled, you risk losing emails when there is a problem with the remote mailbox.
